Jill DiGrazio is a full-time Broker Sales Associate with Keller Williams Towne Square Realty, proudly serving buyers, sellers, investors, and families throughout North-Central New Jersey. A longtime Long Hill Township resident, Jill combines extensive knowledge of the local market with a personalized, hands-on approach to real estate.

A multi-year NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® recipient, Jill holds several professional designations and certifications, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® (SFR®). These specialized credentials allow her to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients through a wide variety of real estate situations, from first-time and experienced buyers to downsizing homeowners, military families, investors, and those navigating more complex transactions.

Jill believes successful real estate is about much more than buying or selling a home. She places a strong emphasis on communication, patience, education, and making sure her clients feel informed and supported throughout every step of the process.

Deeply invested in the community she serves, Jill is an active member of the Long Hill Township PTO Board and a longtime supporter of the Long Hill Education Foundation. She is also the founder of Long Hill NJ Living, a community-focused social media resource created to connect residents with local businesses, events, organizations, and happenings throughout the area.

Jill works alongside her husband, Jamey, a Marine Corps veteran and retired police officer who serves as a Buyer’s Agent on her team. Together, they bring a service-oriented approach to helping clients make confident real estate decisions throughout North-Central New Jersey.
