AHWD Requirements

The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD™) certification from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requires completing an approved course, maintaining active NAR membership, and paying a one-time application fee.

• Complete the Course: Take the official At Home With Diversity® (AHWD™) full-day or online interactive course.
• Membership: Remain an active member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®.
• Application & Fee: Submit your final application along with the application fee ($79).

NJ Circle of Excellence Industry Unit
